If I am in the unenviable position of allowing my broker’s agent to price my home too high for too long, will having a pre-inspection do anything to counteract the taint of too many days on market (90 – 100 days)? Will anything help, other than dropping into the bottom 5 prices of comps? This house is very unique so its difficult to find apples to apples comps to do the latter?
